Volkswohnung Karlsruhe is a municipal housing company and one of the three largest property management companies in Baden-Württemberg.
To mark its 100-year existence, the Volkswohnung brand has been transformed and further developed at all levels. Walter Gropius’ question ‘How do we want to live together?’ has been a central theme throughout the entire branding process. The new brand identity conveys Volkswohnung’s corporate culture, which is characterized by social and ecological responsibility, in an approachable and authentic way.
